Summer 2010 High School ProgramUpdated April 13, 2010 Boys and Girls entering grades 8-12June 14/15-July 23 North and South Practice Groups:Open to boys and girls ages 13-18 (generally entering grades 8-12) of all skill levels. Practices will be led by our experienced coaching staff with the aid of current and ex-college level American River Water Polo Club athletes. Players will be taught and instructed on all aspects of water polo, focusing on fundamental individual skills, with opportunities to put these skills into action with daily scrimmages and games at all practices. All participants will have four scrimmage/game sessions on Friday afternoons on June 18, 25, July 16 and 23. Practice Schedule:Boys NORTH - Roseville Aquatics Center: June 15-July 22, Practices Tuesday and Thursday at RAC 7:15-9:00pm SOUTH - Rio Americano HS: June 15-July 22, Practices Tuesday from 2:30-4:00pm and Thursday 1:30-3:00pmGirlsNORTH - Antelope Aquatics Center: June 15-July 22, Practices Tuesday and Thursday at Antelope 7:15-9:00pm SOUTH - Rio Americano: June 14 -July 22, Practices Monday and Wednesday from 2:30-4:00pmScrimmage Game Dates (subject to changes/additions): Fridays, June 18, 25, July 9 and 23 between 4:00-9:00pmBoys: June 18 and July 9 at Rio Americano and June 25 and July 23 at AntelopeGirls: June 18 and July 9 at Antelope and June 25 and July 23 at Rio AmericanoAll participants will be asked to sign up online for each scrimmage day at least one week prior to each date. Registration after May 20 will be $215.Program fee INCLUDES insurance. NO USA Water Polo membership is required ($50 savings).
